Epic Amelia Island
Join three avid cyclist riding the 62 mile route of the Katie Ride for Life, a major springtime cycling event held in Amelia Island, Florida, north of Jacksonville on the Florida-Georgia border.

The ride starts in Fort Clinch State Park under a canopy of Spanish Moss covered Live Oak trees. It proceeds south across Amelia Island through the exclusive neighborhoods of The Plantation. Crossing Nassau Sound to Little Talbot Island, and then crossing Fort George Inlet, the ride turns at Fort George Island State Park and takes a northerly route along several beach areas of Amelia Island. It's a gorgeous low country ride with numerous coastal and beach views!

Epic Aspen
Epic Aspen is as beautiful an epicRIDE as it is challenging.

This 90 minute ride starts in the town of Aspen and does out and backs on cycling favorites, Castle Creek and Maroon Bells Roads, and ends at the famed Maroon Bells Scenic Wilderness Area, one of the most photographed locations in Colorado.

Our ride leader Jennifer Sage, is an indoor cycling Master Instructor and founder of the Indoor Cycling Association and a Colorado native. Jennifer has been a leader in Indoor Cycling advocacy and education and a great proponent of Virtual Cycling, so when Jennifer suggested filming a ride in one of Colorado's cycling meccas, we jumped at the chance.

Aspen is known as a playground for the rich and famous, but it is also a town with a strong cycling culture and last year hosted one of the stages of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge bicycle race, in addition to being the part-time home of Lance Armstrong.
