You will be charged the excess if the domestic shipping charges from the seller equals more than ￥500 yen.
If a seller sends your item to us by COD (Collect on Delivery), the bank fee is free, but the domestic shipping charge includes the COD fee in addition to the correct postage and the fees for other services requested.
If all your auctions are paid to the same seller at the same time, the ￥200 (flat) bank wire fee will be applied only once.
If the seller pays the domestic shipping charge, you will not be charged for it.
