it sounds like it may be an issue with the sim card. have you tried talking to your provider?

What carrier do you have?

Based on what I'm reading, the ACM exceeded has something to do with the amount of money on the card and seems to be a security feature somehow. It does not appear to be a "bug" or that the SIM card is broken.

Is it possible your SIM card does not have any money/minutes left on it?Try contacting your carrier and asking them if they know what to do to get the error to go away.

yup sim card was old so phone was not reading correctly so i was only able to sms nd receive cals now i hav replaced sim ind my problem is solved thanxxzz guyzz!!!:grin:
