Amiga MOD music download page

Some of the music was created by members of the European Demo Scene. Others are Tunes of classic AMIGA video games. Others are Dance Remixes of know or unknown songs from the 70s, 80s or 90s.

To play these files you'll need a player. For a Windows platform you might want to use Modplugplayer. There's also a plugin for Netscape and Opera browsers (might work in the Internet Explorer as well; never used it so can't tell) available. It would play Amiga music the when you visit pages with Modplugin enabled, like this page. For Linux there is a multimedia plugin Plugger available, which plays almost every know audio type available. Personally I use XMP which should be shipped with any Linux distribution.

You don't need to extract the MOD files. Modplug Players play them even so. But in case you use Winamp (unless it has changed by now?) you will have to decompress the files you downloaded from my page (with Winzip for example). Conclusion: Use a plain mod player (see above) instead. They ususally play MODs more accuratly and in a better quality then these "all in one" players.
